– Pebble flooring is a Fusion of, traditional Art of in-situ concrete rendition with bespoke base colours and numerous pebbles options, the material offers several technically enhanced properties over the conventional Cementations wall renders. Can be used for interior, exterior & Façade spaces, compound walls, concrete planters etc. This “Pebble Art” can be created on any rough plastered walls. It’s available in many colour option, patterns & Textures to be choose from. It is a self-drying, on site application. Its 1 coats plaster system having thickness of 12 to 20 mm.
Ideal for interior & exterior surfaces, facades of educational Institutes, commercial, residential, corporates buildings, Hotels & Resorts etc. Generally used in exterior floorings for pedestrian, cycle track and low traffic applications, where seamless floors are required or desired.
Screed strips are first applied on the surface to ensure even thickness of applied material. Typically aluminium strips of 8 to 10 mm are used for this purpose. These are invariably inserting along the groove lines required on the surface. These should ideally be not apart by more than 5 to 7 metres in any direction. In the application process, the mixture may either be thrown forcefully on the wall to get it to stick or may be put on a steel trowel and plastered in an upward motion with pressure. Then levelling and finishing is done using levelling tools like musters, spirit level and masonry bob. Complete an entire unbroken panel area in one continuous operation. Level off with an aluminium straight edge. Use the steel trowel and the wood float to bring to a fine surface finish.
