Stone Design Texture

A rough, textured finish that is achieved by exposing the stone to intense heat and immediate cooling. More than 42 shades available with different combinations that can be tailor made as per customer preferences, with mix and match facility available to meet architects and interior designer’s creativity and aesthetic. This “Smooth Stone Texture Art” can be created on any smooth levelled plastered walls. It’s available in many colour option, patterns & Textures to be choose from. Smooth stone Finish is a self-drying, on site application. Its 3 coats system having total thickness of 1.5 to 2.00 mm

Application & Coat System

3 coat System – 1.Base Coat 2. Top Coat to be applied with trowel & 3. Water replant Protective coat to be applied with roller.

Tools – Hand Trowels, Masking Tape, Brush, Sponge, Roller, compressor machine, spray gun,Starer Machine

Recommendation

Stone Coat finish required Double coat sponge finish level plaster to get desired effect.
Plaster surface if not levelled would have undulations on surface and same cannot be covered by our decorative texture and we would not be responsible for such undulations. We strongly recommend thorough surface preparation for desired effect.
Site application would commence after thorough curing / drying (minimum of 15 days of curing) / levelling of plaster Surface & other related site condition & readiness.
The Texture work requires minimum 7 to 8 days curing with natural air & sunlight.
Texture work cannot be carried out during humid / rainy / wet weather condition

Surface Preparation

Notes:

All Final works of the surface at site from your end viz. plumbing, electrical, window fixing, grill fixing, gardening or any other cementing works would need to be completed before decorative wall texture application to ensure continuity in aesthetics. Post application, our materials cannot withstand structural/civil load and other heavy operations viz. steel fabrication, etc. and hence we recommend that area is handed over to us after completion of all such works.
Please note that during application of any texture work, liquid pigmented waste / slurry of cement water etc. may release due to its on-site application process. It is strongly recommended that any kind of glass work and window frame work, stone fixing should be completed before texture application work & such part should be covered by the client at their cost & risk, we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for such on site damages / loss.
